Our studio welcomes you with a private entrance and elevator access, ensuring your comfort and convenience. Within 12 hours of your rental, we'll provide you with the door code and lockbox code to guarantee smooth entry. To secure your booking, we require a signed contract along with a 50% nonrefundable retainer.

2001 Grand Blvd, Suite 204 A, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. Our prime location boasts a private entrance on the second floor with elevator access, just two blocks from the KC streetcar line.

PARKING

Parking is hassle-free with options such as free street parking and a paid lot located directly south of the building. Additionally, the Free Abdiana lot parking (1917 McGee St) offers an accessible choice.

ENTRANCE & PAYMENT DETAILS

Look out for an email containing your main door and lockbox codes 12 hours prior to your scheduled rental. A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required for booking and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file the day of your rental.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

All reschedules must be made 72 hours before your scheduled rental time to prevent losing your deposit. After 72 hours, you deposit cannot be transferred to a rescheduled date/time. If you are no longer able to make it to your rental and you are not able to cancel within the confirmation email, please message us on Instagram so we can cancel your booking for you to prevent additional charges. If it is more than 72 hours prior to your rental, rescheduling and cancellations can be made through your confirmation email with ease. When you sign your rental contract, you are agreeing to these terms.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE AND GUIDELINES

Before you dive into your creative session, please familiarize yourself with our general rules:

• Ensure no unaccompanied minors enter the studio, and verify ages of models and guests.

• Alcohol and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

• Maintain a flame-free environment and avoid the use of open flames.

• NO glitter, confetti, sprayed liquids, or food.

• NO cake smashes, smoke bombs, colored/white powder, loud music, and strobe lights.

• Please leave your furry friends at home, as no animals are allowed.

• Smoking is not permitted within the building.

• To ensure a comfortable atmosphere, we allow a maximum of 10 people in the studio at any time.

• We take pride in our seamless paper backdrops. Any damage will incur a charge of $5/foot for repairs. We charge for the full footage required to repair, not just the footage of damage.

• Arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled time. Early arrivals will be billed in 30-minute increments at $25 per interval as well as staying past your scheduled end time.

• The remaining balance and additional time charges will be processed on the day of your booking using the card on file.

YOUR PRIVACY AND OUR SECURITY

We value your privacy and security. While we utilize security cameras for management, security, and damage control, rest assured that we respect your space and utilize surveillance responsibly. Kindly inform your guests that security cameras are in use during their visit.
